I’ve been in your shoes, feeling trapped in a job you don’t love, wanting to start something of your own but having no clear idea where to begin.

In 2019, I was working full-time as a magazine writer. It was the job I’d dreamed of since I was 13. But sitting in a cubicle, working to someone else’s schedule, I realised I didn’t want my life dictated by someone else’s calendar.

+ Q: What social media platforms does this course cover?

Our primary focus is Instagram as I see this is the most in-demand platform and where students are most successful selling their services. But in saying that, the content strategy and skills you will learn are transferable to platforms like Tik Tok and Linkedin. There is also so much more to the course than "social platforms" - pricing your services, back-end systems, the confidence to cold pitch, how to run a discovery call, sale psychology and so much more!

+ Q: Will this course help me if I've already got social media experience?

Yes! Dishing up Digital School gives you more than the basics - I share practical advice around systems, finding clients, scaling & future-proofing your business. Often experienced social media managers decide to join this program because they're feeling stuck or lost. They know they can make more money but they're struggling on their own. Going back to the basics and restructuring your prices/packages plus improving your systems to provide a more high-end experience for your clients will make a huge difference in your biz.

+ Q: How much access will I get with Ellen?

I’m available to answer questions in the student community Monday-Friday. However, please note this is a self-study video course and not my private coaching offer (which is significantly more expensive) so you are not able to message Ellen on Instagram or email her for private advice and support. However, the amount of content and strategy covered in this course is fair superior to what you'd be able to learn private coaching. This self-study and group coaching hybrid is so effective in getting you results!

+ Q: How long does it take to complete the course?

It really depends on the student - I've had some speed through it in a week and put the videos on 2x speed, others like to take a month. At most the recommended guide is 3-4 months if you work through a few modules a week. However, remember you have lifetime access to the program to always reflect back and revisit lessons.

+ Q: How does the payment plan work?

I am a huge fan of payment plans to make my cash flow easier! For the Dishing up Digital School, we offer an interest-free 3-month payment plan. This is an in-house payment plan so you don't have to use any third party software like Afterpay. You'll make your first payment when you sign up and get access to the first three modules. Then, on the same date the following month, the next payment will come out and you'll get access to more modules. Then the following month this happens again for the last time! Easy peasy. + Q: What is your refund policy?

Due to the digital nature of this course, there is a blanket no refund policy. I also firmly believe refund requests are a limiting belief and mindset issue holding you back and once you press purchase, you should honour yourself and commit to the transformation.
